Your professional driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel or preferred location in Nairobi at 6:00PM. After a brief safari briefing, you will depart for Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary via the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway, enjoying scenic countryside views and passing through picturesque landscapes along the way. A brief stop will be made en route for refreshments before continuing to the sanctuary.
Upon arrival at approximately 1:30PM, proceed to your lodge for check-in and lunch before setting out on your first game drive at 3:00 PM, through the privately managed sanctuary, which borders Tsavo West National Park. Taita Hills is renowned for its rolling hills, lush vegetation, and abundant wildlife, offering excellent game viewing in a compact and less crowded environment.

Your experienced guide will share fascinating insights into the sanctuary's wildlife, ecology, and conservation efforts while making strategic stops for wildlife viewing and photography.
Later, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast at 7:00 AM, check out of your lodge and embark on a morning game drive through different sections of Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, in the morning, when wildlife is often most active. Explore different sections of the sanctuary as you search for animals you may have missed the previous day and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the surrounding landscapes.
Continue visiting the sanctuary's scenic watering holes and open plains, where elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and numerous bird species are frequently seen. The elevated terrain also offers excellent photography opportunities with sweeping views across the sanctuary and neighboring Tsavo ecosystem. After your morning safari, exit the park at 12:00 PM, depart the sanctuary and begin your journey back to Nairobi with a stop en route for a self-sponsored lunch.
You are expected to arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or preferred location, marking the end of your memorable Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary safari.
